Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within three business days (72 Hours) (Monday - Friday) of purchase.

When your shipping label is created, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

After your order has shipped, it will generally take 5-7 business days to arrive. (Delivery could take longer for more remote regions.) This is just an estimate and does not include weekends, holidays or any issues that the courier encounters making the delivery.

NOTE: We ship to the address you provide, so please ensure all information is 100% accurate. Once an order is placed, we CANNOT make any changes. Pockets and Peonies is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our office. If you have any issues with your delivery, please reach out to the courier directly.
